  1. Is he snowed out of his dog house? He looks really cold! Happy WW!

  2. Poor Jesse! Great picture though.

  3. Beautiful frosty pooch! :D

    Happy WW!

  4. This picture was actually several firsts. It was my first WW post, the first blizzard (for both of us) and the day of the first time I shoveled snow in my life. Probably not the best introduction to snow shoveling I could have had :) We had two feet of snow in less than 24 hours- this was after the first 8 hours or so. There were enough drifts in front of the house that the snow was more than two feet deep. It made walking around interesting for both of us! I let him out in front of the house off-leash as the road was not passable and the plows hadn’t started running yet. He never goes without a leash unless fenced in, but I made an exception this day. You can’t tell in the picture, but I’m about 5 feet in front of Jesse calling his name and he is trying to figure out how to get to me. The snow was a little bit too high to climb. He eventually found a spot a little bit lower where he could jump on top of the pile and run to me.

He loves the snow. Watching him try to catch the flakes is hilarious!

  5. If only it had snowed like that when we were there visiting you. Gunner could have shoveled.

  6. If he wasn’t too tired from rowing us around Central park and had time after doing the dishes, packing our lunches, etc. He was very helpful to have around :)

  7. LMAO yeah he was pretty handy to have around. I’ll keep him….well except for when the army decides that he is needed elsewhere.

  8. I forgot to include how great it was to have him carry everything around in the backpack (including our lunches, water, your extra sweatshirt). He is definitely handy to have around!
